About me.

Wilson Zacarias is an architect who graduated from Universidad Simón Bolívar in 1982. His degree was recognised by the Faculty of Architecture at the Technical University of Lisbon in 2001, and he is a member of Portugal’s Ordem dos Arquitetos. He has more than 40 years of professional experience across Portugal, Venezuela and Angola, spanning architectural design, urban management in the public sector and property development consultancy.

In Venezuela, he developed social housing and institutional building projects, including the Palace of Justice of the State of Aragua. As Director General of INDUVAL from 1999 to 2001, he led the technical and regulatory management of conservation efforts in Valencia’s historic centre. Based in Portugal since 2001, he worked on tourism and luxury residential projects in the Algarve, collaborating with Planassociados and the Prisaba group. Between 2012 and 2017, he held coordination, technical oversight and management responsibilities on the Marina Luanda project in Angola.

Now based in Faro, he runs an independent architectural practice focused on housing, refurbishment and buildings for the service sector, alongside consultancy for property investment development. His approach brings architectural design together with practical construction requirements and the regulatory framework, addressing both the needs of those who use the spaces and the objectives of those investing in them.
