Rehabilitation and extension in Faro.

Extension project for short-term rental accommodation and rehabilitation of an existing house in Faro.

The intervention seeks to preserve the identity of the existing building while introducing contemporary elements that engage in dialogue with the urban surroundings. The new volume is characterised by its minimalist language, with white surfaces and clean lines that contrast with the texture of the traditional building fabric.

The extension develops in harmony with the scale of the street, respecting the existing building heights and alignments, while creating new quality spaces for short-term accommodation.
