Alteration of Parts Warehouse and Car Showroom with Basement, Ground Floor and 1st Floor.

Change of Use and Adaptation of Logistics Warehouse into Sales Stand. -The proposal focuses on a pre-existing industrial building with an original license for wholesale auto parts. The intervention aims to change the use to include a vehicle sales stand, adapting the structure to the demands of corporate identity and brand standardization. The building's internal organization is restructured on three levels to optimize the new functional program. The Ground Floor assumes a public and commercial character, integrating reception, vehicle display, delivery area, and customer service areas with standardized furniture. The 1st Floor (Mezzanine) is dedicated to the administrative aspect, housing offices, a meeting room, a break room, and a new technical area. At the infrastructural level, the most significant change occurs on Floor -1 (Basement). Taking advantage of the rehabilitation of the wall on the southern boundary of the land, the gross area of ​​the basement was expanded, allowing the restructuring of the garage, storage, and archive areas. This expansion made it possible to introduce a second access ramp to the South, establishing a continuous flow of circulation (entry via one ramp and exit via the other), thus resolving the maneuverability and functionality restrictions that the previous single ramp presented due to its limited width.
